Ponant's most intimate ship came into service over 20 years ago, but is still much loved today. The yacht is ultra sleek in its design, and the modern staterooms all have porthole windows. The mostly francophone guests love the al fresco nature of the public spaces, with a large sundeck, outdoor restaurant and swimming marina, and you'll always feel connected to the sea.

Ponant's culinary offering has a distinctively French flavour, with casual dining by day and a more refined ambience in the evening.
The intimate and elegant main restaurant, Le Diamant, showcases the best of French cuisine, accompanied by fine wines.
This ship is all about enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze, with a spacious sundeck equipped with comfortable loungers.
Indoors you can relax and socialise in the Emerald Lounge, with a bar and evening entertainment from the resident pianist, while next door is the Sapphire Lounge, which includes a small library, computer with internet access, TV and DVD player.
As you would expect on a ship this size, accommodation is compact but comfortable, with a nautical feel.
Staterooms on the Antigua Deck offer 129 square feet of space, with a desk, wardrobe and porthole windows.
The Marie Galante staterooms are slightly smaller at 108 square feet, but can be configured to accommodate a third guest.
The ambience on board is refined yet relaxed, complemented by a low key programme of enrichment and entertainment.
There is a real al fresco, yacht-style feel to the vessel, with a sun deck, observation area and a marina at the back of the ship for watersports and zodiac excursions.
Ponant are committed to minimising their environmental and social impact on the areas they visit.
As well as several measures taken across the fleet, such as eliminating the use of heavy fuel, CO2 offsetting and working towards a zero plastic waste policy Le Ponant is the first of the fleet to be fitted with electrical connections to utilise shore-to-ship power when docked, which helps to reduce fuel consumption.
