My favourite destination is the Amalfi Coast. Capri Island is a must visit, including Monte Solaro, the Giardini di Augusto and the Piazzetta di Capri, perfect for experiencing the local cuisine.
Don't miss Positano, where I experienced the most beautiful sunset whilst unwinding with a glass of limoncello! I always have such fantastic memories from visiting Italy, with its fantastic culture and people.
My top cruising tip is to book your excursions well in advance - you'd be surprised how quickly people get in there and book, well before they travel!
